WE DO NOT  TAKE PARTIAL DEPOSITS, WE WILL ONLY TAKE FULL DEPOSITS OF HALF OF THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR ANIMAL . DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR ANIMAL , WE WILL NOT FOR ANY REASON HOLD AN ANIMAL WITHOUT A DEPOSIT . ALSO WE ARE NOT A PETTING ZOO AND ARE ONLY OPEN FOR PICKUPS OF ANIMALS . FINALLY WE RESERVED THE RIGHT TO BACK OUT OF ANY SALE IF WE DECIDE THE ANIMAL IS NOT GOING TO BE A GOOD FIT , OR IF WE NEED THE ANIMAL FOR OUR BREEDING PROGRAM. IF WE BACK OUT OF A SALE FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN . IF WE ARE HOLDING YOUR ANIMAL , OR YOUR WAITING FOR TRANSPORT AND WE  EXPERIENCE A NATURAL DISASTER HERE AT THE FARM. (HURRICANE, TORNADO,FIRE,FLOODING ,OR ANYTHING THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED A NATURAL DISASTER),YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ANIMAL TO EQUAL VALUE OF YOUR ANIMAL IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO YOUR ANIMAL .ONLY IF ALL OUR STOCK IS COMPROMISED YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT BACK MINUS THE DEPOSIT . WE ARE NOT IN ANYWAY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSPORT FEES ,OR YOUR BUNNY OR ANIMAL  ONCE IT GOES ON TRANSPORT . IF ANYTHING HAPPENS ON TRANSPORT ITS UP TO YOU AND THE TRANSPORTER TO FIGURE IT OUT . 

SALES POLICY FOR ALL ANIMALS SOLD AT Pink Mimosa farms & The Haute Hare Rabbitry 

Please read the policy thoroughly. Payment will be considered acceptance of these terms regardless of wether  or not you have read them. 50% of amount is required up front as a deposit  to hold animal . Deposits are nonrefundable . No purchase is final until paid in full. All animals left at the farm for more than 3 days or that are waiting on transport for more than a 5 days will Incur a $6 a day boarding fee for boarding fee for pigs and rabbits . This covers care and feed till transport is ready or you pick up . All animals left after 4 days locally will be considered property of Pink Mimosa farms/ The Haute Hare Rabbitry and will be retained without refund . I reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time for any reason. If cancellation is done on my part I will refund full amount of payment ( this does not include if we get sick or have a family emergency and have to reschedule) . Price is subject to change at any time. I frequently adjust prices of offered rabbits and pigs as they mature to reflect changing quality and/or costs of care beyond the original time of posting. This price may increase or decrease at any time. Just because a rabbit , or  pig was posted at a certain price last week does not mean the rabbit , or pig will remain that price at the time of your inquiry. I do not keep a “waiting list” and being the first to inquire on an available rabbit or pig in no way constitutes any claim or right to purchase said rabbit or pig . All sales are made at my discretion. Due to the fragile nature of baby rabbits and pigs I do not issue a guarantee on sale animals. All efforts are made to provide a sanitary and healthy environment and I strive to offer only animals that exhibit complete health. Once a rabbit or pig leaves my care I can not be held responsible for any sicknesses or injuries that occur. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the animal prior to purchase. I understand that this may not be possible in certain situations such as out of state online sales and so I do my best to be completely honest with my buyers by only selling animals in excellent health. I may refuse sale at any time for any reason. If payment was received for an animal being held and said animal becomes ill or deceased in my care I will either A. issue a refund or B. replace the animal with another of equal value agreeable to buyer.Transport is to be obtained by buyer at buyer’s expense. I do my best to coordinate with transporters. I reserve the right to refuse transfer of animals in cases that I feel adequate care and/or basic needs may not be met. Fortunately this has yet to happen and I am lucky enough to work with some of the best transporters in the country. If ever a situation were to arise that resulted in refusing transport, the buyer will be notified immediately and attempts will be made to arrange other transport. I will also not refund transport ever , transport refunds will need to be taken up with the transporter  directly . Pick up arrangements of sale animals are to be agreed on before purchase. In most cases I will hold for a 3 day minimum. And for transport situations or delivery to shows I am attending that require a length of time exceeding 5 days . After that there will be a boarding fee of $6 a day for rabbits and pigs , added to the purchase price to cover feed, care and board. I maintain first right of refusal on animals from  Pink Mimosa farms/The Haute Hare Rabbitry,( this includes past rabbit sales and all present sales and past sales of other animals) meaning before a Pink Mimosa farms/The Haute Hare Rabbitry animal  is resold it must be offered to me first with the option to buy it back at the price You received for it. Pink Mimosa farms/ The Haute Hare Rabbitry animals  are never to be surrendered to any animal shelter or humane society and must be returned to me unless other suitable arrangements are agreed upon. No refunds will be given for any reason , but I will assure proper steps are taken to adequately care for the animal. Due to payments not coming on time , we will no longer release any animals that are picked up from the farm until the animal is paid in full first . In the past we have had animals picked up and then had to wait for days to receive payment . We also will not release an animal for transport unless the animal and boarding fee (if applicable) is paid in full four days before transport of said animal . We will not accept partial payments on deposits . If a deposit is $125 and you only send $100 then sale is null and void and you no longer get the animal and partial deposit will not be sent back. Due to COVID , if we get sick , or are unable to meet transport because of it then we will meet transport at a later date or give you a credit towards another animal  . We will not refund your money for sick days we may take or if there is a natural disaster here . If we hold any animal  for you and you pay full for said animal  and decide you do not the animal  days before meeting us or transport , you will not be refunded either your final payment or your deposit . That money will be put back into the animal  to feed and for its daily care . When posting pictures of  Pink Mimosa farms/ The Haute Hare Rabbitry animal on social media the name is not to be changed or altered in any way. The full name, including and not withholding, “Pink Mimosa farms /The Haute Hare Rabbitry “ must  be used. Any changes to the original pedigrees or paperwork given when you receive animal  are prohibited. Changes made without consent of Pink Mimosa farms /The Haute Hare Rabbitry will be considered falsification of a pedigree. Any violation of this policy could result in buyer being banned from future purchases. By making a deposit payment then paying the rest of the payment to make it a full payment on one of the rabbits , or  any animal sold at Pink Mimosa farms /The Haute Hare Rabbitry you agree to this contract and the general policy’s of Pink Mimosa farms /The Haute Hare Rabbitry. By taking rabbit , or any animal  off the property you agree to this contract in its fullest

*Sales Policy For pigs* .(subject to change at any time.) My PIG POLICIES :Starting January of 2018 I will be implementing the following new policies with pigs :

 1-All male pigs will be neutered and it’s included in the price for your  pig . If you want to use one of my  males as a breeder I  have an extra fee for breeding rights that must be paid in full before release of animal . 

2-All female pigs will require a spray contract to be signed by you , and a proof of vet letter sent to me  within 6 months of pig purchase unless fee for breeding rights is paid . . If not I reserve the right to implement a fine (the total cost of a farrowing of piglets  ).If you refuse to pay the fine I have the right to reclaim the pig and it must be returned to Pink Mimosa Farms.

3-Once pig is picked out you must send a deposit by  Apple Pay , Facebook pay  ,Square , Cash App , or Venmo to me.Or visit me  here at Pink Mimosa Farms  and see your baby and pay cash to reserve your piglet . Piglet pricing varies on size , color , and wether you wish to have breeding rights or not .

 4-All payments  are non refundable I will not refund for any reason your payment  , unless the piglet gets sick or dies while in my care before you receive your piglet. I  will always take an animal back no questions asked if you need me to , or if it gets to  overwhelming. You can also message me here ,at my  email , or call me for any questions or support as well. I strive to make my animals happy in their homes and to provide knowledge to the wonderful  families caring for them. 

5-I will not replace pig or refund money to anyone after your piglet has left  Pink Mimosa  Farms , I cannot be responsible for any stress incurred by its new environment, or the type of care it receives once you take over its well being , for these reasons I will do not offer any guarantees for your baby pig once it leaves Pink Mimosa Farms .I work very hard to maintain a clean parasite free environment for my pigs and worm them on a schedule with two different wormers , treat them for other parasites, tetanus ,  and have a vet that works onsite with my animals here at the farm. I  also provide great nutritional meals and supplement their food with vitamins and different veggies for optimal health. It is up to you ( the client) to keep up with the treatments for worms, parasites, and their diet . I  will not refund if you decide a pig is too much and your in over your head . I will how ever either take the pig back , or help you find a wonderful home for your pig. All pigs needing new homes must be approved by me first before going to their new home.

6-If you want your pig shipped I will provide a breakdown of pricing and flight costs (flights Are around $550-$1000 .) I also have wonderful ground transport I work with as well. Be aware that you may have to go to an airport that takes animals on board as not all do. You will also be responsible for any extra costs such as cost of transport , proper flight kennel , and vet costs for paperwork needed to send pig . I will work hard to get your pig as close as I can to your town , but you must follow all instructions and be there for pickup of your baby.I will under no circumstance refund transport costs for any reason .

7-My Pigs are on a first come first serve basis

8 - I reserve the right to keep any piglets born here and the right to decline any sale to anyone at any time for any reason .

9- Once you have picked your piglet out ,you will be given a date  when the piglet will be ready for pick up . It takes 8 whole weeks for a piglet to be ready for its new home so you have a ton of time to get day reserved for your piglet pick up day. I understand things happen and will gladly work with you for a pick up day , but I  will not keep your piglet for over 3 days . Once 3 days are up there will be a $6 a day boarding fee added to your final price for care of your pig. 

10-All piglets left in my care form local clients  after 5 days of agreed pick up date by both parties will be considered  Pink Mimosa Farms  .And  automatically becomes property of Screw Ewe Farms and you forfeit your payment  . 

11-You are free to use any picture of your pig from our farm page , but please don’t use anyone’s else’s, pictures , or our logo without my permission. 

12- If for any reason  you decide you can no longer take care of you pig , you agree to work with me  to find a suitable home for your pig so that it doesn’t become a rescue’s problem , or release ownership back to Pink Mimosa Farms so that I can find a suitable home for you pig . You will not be refunded the  the cost of the pig back .

13- My pigs are not teacup , micro, nano, micro extreme , micro mini , or any other tiny size pig here . My pigs can fluctuate in weight , but do not in hight. They are rather compact like an English bulldog, for a comparison. You will never hear me or see me  post an ad  that my  pigs will only reach 20 pounds or less . On average my piglets reach between 35 to 75. pounds , some may be smaller but on average they are a tad bigger than 45 pounds . I also cannot promise that your pig will not reach 100+ pounds , but like we said my pigs are compact and don’t look what they weigh  . With that said I cannot and will not Guarantee the size of your piglet , but I  can give an average weight based on other piglets that have grown out from past farrowing’s, and size of parent pigs. 

14-All piglets that come from Pink Mimosa  Farms  are socialized and litter box trained , they also include :  wormer(2 types and a years supply) a blanket, a toy,  pig documentation on how to raise pig and tips , a large bag of food , and a lifetime of support from Pink Mimosa Farms  . If pig is left here longer than 5 days , we are not responsible for keeping up the training of your piglet . We do , do the ground work , but it must be done every day to maintain a obedient pig . We simply don’t have the time to focus on a pig that is left here for weeks . So be sure to get your pig when it’s ready to ensure limited behavioral issues . 

15-  All sales are final and I am not responsible for any vet care for pig once pig leaves Pink Mimosa  Farms. but I  will offer as much support as needed and can recommend a great vet if ever needed.16) I can also provide an extensive list of past clients that have my  babies for reference if needed .By making a deposit payment then paying the rest of the payment to make it a full payment on one of the pigs at Pink Mimosa Farms  , you agree to this contract and the general policy’s of Pink Mimosa Farms. By taking pig off the property you agree to this contract in its fullest
